The product 4

Four systems, one product

Separately these are four systems we built. Together they are our product for businesses: an AI-powered suite in which confidential data never has to leave the building.

Orchestration

SPOT

One interface for everything. Thirteen MCP servers behind a three-lane router — anything that can be a direct call never becomes an inference. That is why the suite stays fast enough to actually get used.

Intelligence

NordCore

Evidence from PDF, DOCX, spreadsheets, email and OCR, semantically searchable through pgvector. Tenant separation sits in Postgres as row-level security — not in application code somebody can forget.

Communication

NordCall

Telephony in the browser rather than at a desk handset. Voicemail is transcribed automatically — locally through Whisper, so call content is not handed to a service for convenience.

Anonymisation

Helvetia+

The suite's privacy layer. Designed as a router rather than an app: what leaves the room is a deliberate decision, never a default.

Each component runs on its own. Together they give Swiss businesses AI capability without handing their data to third parties.
