NORD

Process analysis with cameras and 3D scans

NORD shows how work on a shop floor really happens: a 3D scan of the hall, cameras on one process, interviews with the people who run it. The result is a measured model of the workflow that its owners check and approve.

01

Problem

Everyone knows part of the process, but nobody sees all of it. Knowledge sits in work instructions, time studies and heads. Site transfers, training and automation fail on what nobody wrote down.

02

Approach

Before any camera runs, goal, area and privacy rules are agreed in writing. On site, a drone with a 360° camera maps the hall in 3D, cameras on masts film one process, and interviews follow. The work is measured, not the workers: no biometrics, no individual scores, faces masked. Every client gets their own space on NORD Space, hosted in Switzerland, with passkey sign-in and a key of its own. When a space is deleted, its key is gone.

03

Outcome

The website and the client platform are built, in English, German and French. NORD is a method in development, tested with partners from industry.
