A photo, a video or a voice note: con.casa turns it into a job dossier that names the trade and the urgency and gives a cost range, and collects up to three quotes from tradespeople in the region. Plus company pages where trades take requests in their own brand.
Tech stack
Swiss trade portals start with a text form. Owners receive quotes they cannot compare, trades pay for leads that never answer. And without a site visit hardly anyone can name a price.
Show, don't describe: a photo, a video or a voice note is analysed and turned into a dossier with a cost range. If the language model fails, a second one takes over, and finally a heuristic with Swiss price ranges. A phone video becomes a 3D scan of the room on a dedicated GPU server. Trades get a page with their own logo and colours, their fonts and their price list; the system drafts the first estimate from their own catalogue, rounded to 5 Rappen, released by the company. In October 2026 the first version from March was rebuilt from the ground up.

For Frühchen & Neokinder Schweiz, the association for families whose child was born early or ill: a new website in three languages, a platform for families and peer parents, for professionals and for the core team, and an iOS app. Hosted in Switzerland.
